Surgeon Claims to Have Denied Whitney Houston's Facelift Request Two Weeks Before Death

Several news sources claim that a plastic surgeon refused to operate on Whitney Houston just weeks before her death. According to reports, Dr. M.M. was approached by the singer as she wanted to have a facelift just two weeks before she passed away. As with any plastic surgery procedure, the doctor reviewed Houston's health. When her medical check led to concerns about her lungs and heart, the doctor said that he refused to operate as it would put Houston at risk for surgical complications.

Just last Saturday, the well-known singer was found inside her hotel room deceased at the Beverly Hilton. When asked about her death, the doctor declined to comment as he said it would violate federal medical privacy laws. At this time, police are not certain what caused Houston's death, but toxicology tests were ordered and preliminary tests showed that she had sedatives in her bloodstream.
