Do you read muscle or fitness magazines or do you follow fitness models on Instagram, only to covet their six packs? Or, do you idolize those men and women at the gym or on the beach with washboard abs? If so, you’re not alone.
Having a chiseled six-pack is no easy task – it takes work, lots of work, especially for normal people who have full-time jobs and families to attend to. Not everybody has the time to count their macros, measure their portions, and spend three hours in the gym every day like those who earn a living working full-time in the fitness industry.
Even if you are a self-proclaimed gym rat and health nut, which many of our patients are, it still takes loads of discipline in the gym and in the kitchen to achieve a six-pack. And if you’ve had children or if you’re fighting stubborn genetics that tells your body to store fat around your chest (for men), or your abdomen or thighs (for women), you may be finding those fab abs – just out of reach. Frustrating, yes, but it doesn’t have to be!
How to Get Those Fabulous Abs
It’s the 21st Century and fabulous abs are in. They are not only considered highly attractive and desirable, but they’re the ultimate symbol of strength, endurance, good health, discipline (lots of discipline), and achievement. Anyone who’s worked hard in the gym to get a nice six pack gets this one. But for many people, they’re very difficult to achieve, even if they have excellent diets and workout daily. The solution? VASER Lipo.
VASER Lipo uses ultrasonic technology to selectively break down fibrous fat cells that are hard to get rid of. Often, this is the procedure of choice for patients who have exercised and dieted but still can’t seem to lose stubborn body fat. For men, stubborn fat cells are usually situated in the chest and for women, they’re common in the abdomen and thighs.
VASER Lipo is performed in our Surgery Center as an outpatient day surgery. The recovery is much faster than traditional liposuction and involves less bruising and discomfort.
