Injectable Treatments

Add Definition to Your Facial Features with Our Injectable Treatments

Neuromodulators:

Cosmetic injectable treatments come in two main types: neuromodulators and dermal fillers. The first category includes Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, and Xeomin. These products utilize a purified form of botulinum toxin that is formulated to be injected into overactive muscles to make them weaker. In the face, these injections help to relax the muscles responsible for lines and wrinkles that are caused by hyperactive facial muscles, resulting in smoother skin and a more rested appearance. While Botox has other medical functions, these treatments primarily target facial wrinkles, with results generally lasting about four months. Neuromodulators can treat fine lines and wrinkles such as: Frown lines, forehead lines, Crow's feet, dimpled chin, and root of the nose. It may also be used to achieve a softening of the bulky masseter muscles and neck bands.

Dermal Fillers:

Dermal fillers are the other popular type of cosmetic injectables that can enhance your features and reverse the signs of aging. Some fillers have specific uses like for the chin, jaw line, nasolabial folds, while others, including hyaluronic acid ones are multipurpose. From adding volume to hollow cheeks to restoring definition to your facial features, including your lips, fillers are fantastic aesthetic methods to achieve a more youthful appearance. Common dermal fillers include: Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra, and EZgel.

Some dermal fillers fall into a category of “biostimulators” and can also boost your body's natural production of collagen and smooth your skin for 18-24 months, depending on the treated area(s) and the specific filler used. These are usually Sculptra, Hyperdilute Radiesse, and EZgel. Injectable treatment usually takes 30 minutes and requires no downtime, making them a convenient option for many people. Every patient's requirements are unique, and we tailor treatment plans to meet your needs. We discuss the number of sessions during your initial consultation, and once you have completed it, we can recommend a maintenance schedule to preserve your beautiful results.

Collagen Stimulation Therapy:

While other treatments can increase your natural production of collagen, we offer specific collagen stimulation therapy in the form of microneedling to leverage your body's capabilities for rejuvenated skin. During this treatment, we create minuscule and controlled injuries using a microneedling pen or a radiofrequency microneedling device called Morpheus 8. These treatments cause microscopic skin trauma kickstarting your healing system and inducing collagen production in the process. This results in younger and healthier skin and can address wrinkles and other skin concerns. Deeper treatments may also induce skin tightening and fat shrinkage, which is particularly useful for the improvement of the lower face and neck shape.

Non-Surgical Face Lift Options:

If you are looking for a non-surgical facelift, we offer two options: PDO thread lifts and Y Lifts. A PDO thread lift involves inserting dissolvable thin threads in specific areas to discreetly smooth and firm up your skin, restoring skin firmness and definition and contour to your face. These threads are made of the same material as dissolvable surgical sutures used by medical professionals for over 30 years. This treatment also stimulates your body's synthesis of collagen, with results lasting for 12 to 18 months.

YLift is a revolutionary treatment that combines advanced techniques and injectables, typically hyaluronic dermal fillers. The concept behind this method is that rebuilding the shrinking bony skeleton of the face can provide skin support and lifting of the soft tissues and the creation of youthful facial features that create a Y shape, with results lasting for several years. Both PDO thread lifts and Y lifts are quick treatments that only require local anesthesia, allowing you to resume your normal activities right after your appointment.
